In 2008, I made my first trip to the beautiful islands of the Philippines — and something inside me changed. From the moment I arrived, I knew this was where I wanted to spend the final chapter of my life. The warmth of the people, the vibrant culture, and the peaceful rhythm of island living stayed with me long after I returned home.

Since then, life has been an incredible adventure. I’ve spent decades building a career in the IT industry, where I learned the power of innovation, leadership, and resilience. Along the way, I discovered another passion — real estate investing. For more than 13 years, I’ve been an active investor and community builder, hosting groups like the Investors Network Community (INC), Realty Investors Group (RIG), Invest Success Happy Hours, and the legendary John Fisher’s Breakfast Club.

Coaching others has always been at the heart of what I do. As a coach and partner with Invest Success (Invest-Success.com), I’ve had the privilege of helping countless people take charge of their financial futures — guiding them to invest smarter, build wealth, and live with purpose.

I’ve also been blessed to travel the world, visiting 24 countries and meeting incredible people from all walks of life. But one trip stands out. In 2022, I traveled to St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, where I helped friends develop a glamping resort deep in the island’s rainforest. Watching that project come to life awakened a new dream in me — to build my own glamping resort, one that would bring people together in nature, comfort, and connection.

So I dove in headfirst. In June 2025, I spent nine days in Mt. Shasta, California, learning to build AirCrete Dome Homes with DomeGaia, mastering sustainable construction and design. Then in September 2025, I attended the Glamping Show Americas Expo, gathering ideas on how to design, manage, and create unforgettable glamping experiences.

Now, as I prepare for my permanent move to the Philippines in October 2025, I’m more excited than ever. The search for the perfect piece of land in Northern Luzon has already begun — and soon, I’ll be breaking ground on a dream that’s been nearly two decades in the making.

This isn’t just about building a resort. It’s about creating a place where people can slow down, reconnect with nature, and rediscover what truly matters.
